  • Lemon juice 80 gm
  • Lemon zest 20 gm
  • Chopped coriander 50 gm
  • Chopped onion 100 gm
  • Bread crumb 150 gm
  • Chili sauce (sriracha sauce) 2 gm
  • Chili powder 2 gm
  • Mayonnaise 400 gm
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Pane(flour, egg, and bread crumb)
