Crab and spinach lasagne rollups

- 2 cups crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 frozen block of spinach drained
- 1 cup shredded italian cheese
- italian seasoning to taste
- 4 lasange pieces cooked and cooled
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together the ricotta, crab meat, shredded cheese and season to taste.
- evenly place the mixture over the lasagne pieces and tightly roll them up.
- Pour half your sauce in your baking dish then place your rolls seem side down in the sauce.
- pour more sauce on top and sprinkle more cheese as well.
- Bake for 12-15 min
