Crab And Cream Cheese Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 6 ounce crabmeat (fresh, frzn or possibly canned) shredded and liquid removed
Directions
- Blend together cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Shape to fit in center of shallow soup dish and cover with plastic wrap. Chill overnight.To serve, cover top of mix with chili sauce, placing shredded crabmeat on top so which entire surface is covered. Place in center of a large platter and surround with your favorite crackers.
