Cottage Cheese Herb Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. Cottage cheese, creamed
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Salad dressing (mayonnaise)
- 2 Tbsp. Green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Parsley, coarsely minced
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon leaves
- 1 dsh Pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required till mix is smooth and creamy.
- Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
- Makes 1-1/3 c. dip
