  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. To make pastry, rub together flour and fat to make a coarse meal. Add in 8 tablesppons ice water all at once. If dough crumbles, add in more water. Chill to rest one hour before rolling out.
  3. Roll dough to a circle
