Corned Beef Noodle Bake
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Noodles
- 8 ounce Peas -- cooked and liquid removed
- 3 c. Minced onion
- 1 can Corned beef brisket -- Diced
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 lb Grated Cheddar cheese -- Mild, or possibly American
- 3/4 c. Each crushed potato chips And corn flakes
Directions
- Cook and drain noodles. Place alternate layers of noodles, peas, onions and corned beef in greased 9x13" pan. Heat margarine. Add in flour, salt and pepper. Add in 4 c. of lowfat milk. Cook till thick. Add in grated cheese. Stir to heat. Pour over casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
