Ingredients

  • 18 corn tortillas (6 inches)
  • 3 cups chicken breast
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 12 ounces plain fat free greek yogurt
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. layer 6 tortillas on the bottom of 13x9 inch baking dishe
  2. switch off layering
  3. bake covered at 350 for 25mins
  4. then uncover and bake for 10-15 more
  5. let stand 10 mins
