Corn Pudding

This is so good that it has become a traditional Thanksgiving dish at my house!

Goes Well With: Thanksgiving Dinner, Thanksgiving turkey

Ingredients

  • 2 c corn
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 T butter (softened)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups milk

Directions

  1. Blend butter, sugar, flour & salt.
  2. Add eggs, beating well.
  3. Stir in corn and milk.
  4. Pour ingredients in buttered casserole & bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
  5. Stir once halfway through cooking.
  6. When done, pudding will be golden brown and knife inserted in center will come out clean.
  7. Frozen, fresh or canned corn can be used.
