Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can Creamed corn
- 1 can Liquid removed whole kernel corn
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 x Egg
- 1 pkt Corn muffin mix - Jiffy
- 1 sm Onion, minced Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix together well. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 min.
