    Ingredients

    • 2 x Boneless chicken breast, hav
    • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
    • 1/8 tsp Lemon pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
    • 4 ounce Mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/4 c. White wine
    • 4 tsp Low fat margarine
    • 1/8 tsp Dry leaf thyme
    • 1/2 tsp Chopped chives
    • 1 Tbsp. All purpose flour
    • 4 ounce Pearl onions

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Heat 2t margarine in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic pwdr and herbs; stir together 30 seconds. Dredge chicken in flour. Add in to skillet and cook till brown on both sides. Remove to a small casserole; set aside.
    2. Add in remaining 2t margarine to skillet. Add in mushrooms and onions; saute/fry till golden brown. Add in to casserole. Pour wine into skillet and scrape up browned pcs. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, 50 to 60 minutes. or possibly till tender.
