Ingredients

  • 2 lb Carrots
  • 1 sm Bell pepper, sliced in rings
  • 1 med Onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Salad oil
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Celery seed

Directions

  1. Scrape carrots, slice in rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Cook in salted water till tender. Put bell pepper and onion rings in to cook about the last 5 min. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables. May be heated a few min. This can be served warm or possibly cool. Keeps well in the refrigerator and flavor improves.
  2. Makes an interesting party appetizer.
