Copeland's Of New Orleals' Shrimp And Tasso Pasta
Ingredients
- Butter as needed
- 1 scoop julienne tasso - (#16 scoop)
- 3 ounce unseasoned shrimp - (50/ 60 count) Copeland's fettucine sauce
- 2 ounce heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-grated parmesan cheese
- 16 ounce bowtie pasta cooked as directed
Directions
- Put butter in saute/fry skilled on medium heat. Heat butter and add in tasso. After 1 minute, add in shrimp. When shrimp are pink and curly, add in Copeland's fettucine sauce, heavy cream, green onion and parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Serve over cooked pasta.
