Cooking Sauce For Crock Pot Meats
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup reduced fat
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 env onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. red wine dash Worcestershire sauce beef or possibly pork roast
Directions
- I've always used the following mix: 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 can tomato soup, 1 envelope Lipton's dry onion soup, 1/2 c. red wine and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. It's delish on beef or possibly pork roasts, either in the crock pot or possibly in the oven. I never tried making it with veggies as in a stew, since the meat gets so tender it falls apart I just serve over noodles or possibly rice.
