Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
  • 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa

Directions

  1. Brownie: Beat margarine, butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, flour, vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Cookie Dough: Mix butter, sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract and graham crackers. Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Spread over the brownies and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Topping: Mix cool whip and cocoa.
  7. Spread over the cookie dough.
  8. Decorate.
