Cookie Cheesecake Squares
Ingredients
- 1 x Roll butterscotch or possibly Peanut butter cookies from The dairy case
- 3/4 c. Strawberry or possibly any Flavor preserves
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Slice cookie roll 1/4 inch thick; place slices in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan. bake ag 375 for 12-15 min or possibly till light golden. Cookie dough will appear puffy when removed from oven, gently spread with preserves. Mix remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed till smooth.
- Pour over preserves layer spreading filling to edges. bake at 375 for 25-30 min or possibly till knife inserted in center Comes out clean. cold; cut into dessert squares or possibly bars.
