  • Cooked Potato Kugel And Variations

    Ingredients

    • 4 x Potatoes
    • 4 x Large eggs, separated Salt and pepper to taste Oil

    Directions

    1. Cook potatoes till they begin to soften but still hard. Grate fine. Beat yolks with salt and pepper. Add in potatoes. Make snow with whites. Fold into potato mix. Heat oil in 9 inch square pan. Pour in potato mix. Bake at 350f degrees for 40 min.
    2. Chremslech Prepare cooked-potato-kugel mix. Fry as individual latkes.
    3. Potato Farfel Prepare cooked-potato-kugel mix. Cover bottom of frying pan with oil. Heat oil; pour mix into pan. As bottom browns, keep on turning crust over with spatula, slightly chopping big pcs. Leftovers may be refrigerated and rewarmed as needed.
