Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise -- non-fat
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice from Concentrate
  • 3 c. Macaroni shells -- cooked & Hot
  • 3 x Hard-boiled egg -- minced
  • 7 ounce Can tuna in oil -- liquid removed flaked Or possibly 1 1/2 c. cubed chicken Or possibly ham Or possibly cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1/4 c. Green bell pepper -- Minced
  • 1 c. Frzn green peas -- thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. Pimiento -- minced
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Lettuce

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in macaroni, Large eggs, tuna, celery, bell pepper, peas, pimiento, basil leaves, sugar and salt. Cover; refrigeratethoroughly. Serve on lettuce.
