Cold Taco Dip

Great with tortillas chips or decrease the creamy part and turn it into a salad.

Ingredients

  • Equal parts cream cheese and lowfat sour cream (I use 16 ounce of each for large dish.)
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • Tomatoes, minced
  • Lettuce, minced
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cream the lowfat sour cream and cream cheese together.
  2. Add in taco seasoning to your own taste (small amount for mild - more for hotter).
  3. Spread on plate. Arrange tomatoes, lettuce and Cheddar cheese on top in layers.
  4. Serve with taco chips.
