Cold Soba For Four
- 1 lb Dry soba noodles
- 2 sht nori (dry seaweed)
- 1 1/2 c. Tsuke-jiru (see recipe)
- 2 x Green onions Wasabi (horseradish pwdr mixed with water into a paste)
- Cook noodles in boiling water for seven min. Drain, rinse under cool water. Divide into four bowls. Toast seaweed over low heat, and garnish noodles. Serve with thinly sliced green onions and wasabi, that can be mixed in sauce. Dip noodles in sauce. Enjoy.
