Cold Mango Soup

- 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
- 2 medium ripe mangoes
- 1/2 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1 250ml all-purpose cream
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Directions
- Place first six ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Add broth and cucumber.
- Season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
