Coffee Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1/2 gal coffee ice cream
- 1 c. chocolate almond candy bars, minced
- 20 x lady fingers Whipped topping or possibly whipped cream
Directions
- Line a small baking dish with ladyfingers. Stir chocolate candy into coffee ice cream and spread over ladyfingers. Place in the freezer till ready to serve. Spread whipped topping or possibly whipped cream over the top before serving and also more minced chocolate if you wish. This dish is quick and easy and very tasty. Let the ice cream heat a little before trying to spread it over the ladyfingers.
- Chefs Notes: Use low fat frzn yogurt rather than ice cream. The remaining ingredients are pretty much essential to the recipe.
