Clear Japanese Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quart Chicken Broth
- 1/3 c. Dry Sherry
- 4 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 x Thinly Sliced Lemon
- 6 x Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 x Green Onions And Tops Sliced Diagonally
- 1 x Very Thinly Sliced Carrot
Directions
- Bring broth to simmer in large saucepan. Add in sherry and soy sauce; simmer 2 to 3 min. Ladle soup into small bowls; float a lemon slice in each bowl. Arrange garnishes on tray and add in to soup as desired.
