clean crispy chicken wings
baked hot buffalo wings Ingredients
- 4 lbs of chicken wings
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup stone ground cornmeal
- 1 cup texas pete's buffalo sauce
Directions
- preheat oven to 425 degrees
- pat wings dry
- dip wing into egg wash
- coat wing with cornmeal
- bake for 25 minutes
- flip wings
- bake another 25 mins
- take out of oven
- dip each wing into buffalo sauce
- return to baking sheet
- bake for additional 5 minutes
