Classic Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream 1 c. Hellmann's or possibly Best Foods mayonnaise

1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, finely minced 3 green onions, finely minced

Directions

1. Squeeze spinach till dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover, chill 2 hrs. If you like serve with pumpernickel bread or possibly crackers. Makes 3 cups.
