- 6 pieces Tilapia fillet or whole
- 3 pieces medium-sized tomatoes, diced
- 3 pieces medium-sized onions, diced
- 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 piece raw eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Rub the fish with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, fry the fish.
- Remove the fish from the frying pan. Set aside.
- Remove extra oil in the frying pan. Leave about 1 tsp oil and sauté the garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
- Add ground black pepper and stir. Add water.
- Pour the beaten egg on the pan. Ensure that it is distributed evenly.
- Once the eggs curdles or coagulates, you may start stirring the mixture.
- Add the fish and simmer for another 3 minutes.
