    A usual viand for every Filipino who likes to put a twist to an ordinary fried fish.

    Ingredients

    • 6 pieces Tilapia fillet or whole
    • 3 pieces medium-sized tomatoes, diced
    • 3 pieces medium-sized onions, diced
    • 3/4 cups water
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp garlic, minced
    • 1 piece raw eggs, beaten
    • Cooking oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Rub the fish with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, fry the fish.
    2. Remove the fish from the frying pan. Set aside.
    3. Remove extra oil in the frying pan. Leave about 1 tsp oil and sauté the garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
    4. Add ground black pepper and stir. Add water.
    5. Pour the beaten egg on the pan. Ensure that it is distributed evenly.
    6. Once the eggs curdles or coagulates, you may start stirring the mixture.
    7. Add the fish and simmer for another 3 minutes.
