    Ingredients

    • 4 - Half Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
    • salt and black pepper, to taste
    • one teaspoon garlic powder
    • one teaspoon oregano
    • one teaspoon basil
    • 20 - Ounce Chunky Tomato Sauce/Marinara Sauce
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
    • 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • Serve with a side of Pasta and Garlic Toast.

    Directions

    1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
    2. In a large baking dish add boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts, add seasonings, add chunky tomato/marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
    3. Cover with aluminum foil and Bake for 40 minutes, remove foil, shut off oven and let dish in oven for 5-6 minutes in residual heat
    4. Serving suggestions: Side of Pasta, and Garlic Toast, side garden salad
