Ingredients

  • 8 x Chinese-Style Red Or possibly Black Tea Bags Or possibly:
  • 1/4 c. Regular Black Tea
  • 4 c. Boiling Water Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Place tea in a teapot; pour water over tea. Let steep for 5 min. Pour into 4 c.. To each serving, add in a dash of grnd cinnamon and about 2 Tbsp. of condensed lowfat milk; stir to blend.
