    Ingredients

    • Filling:
    • 1/3 cup butter, softened
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 3 tsp cinnamon
    • Biscuit:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 3 TBSP sugar
    • 1 TBSP baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 egg
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • Icing:
    • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
    • milk or cream

    Directions

    1. Filling:
    2. Cream butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together.
    3. Set Aside
    4. Biscuit:
    5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    6. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixer.
    7. Cut in butter until crumbly.
    8. Whisk egg and milk together.
    9. Add all at once to the dry ingredients and mix briefly to combine.
    10. Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll out into a 9-10 inch square.
    11. Spread filling over dough.
    12. Roll up like a jelly roll.
    13. Cut into 12 slices.
    14. Arrange rolls in a greased 9 inch square baking pan.
    15. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
    16. Remove from pan.
    17. Cool.
    18. Icing:
    19. Combine confectioners sugar. and enough milk to make a thin glaze.
    20. Drizzle over the rolls.
    21. Arrange rolls
