  • 2 1/2 c. Reduced fat baking mix (such as Bisquick reduced fat)
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon


  1. Heat over to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, raisins, lowfat milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix to create a soft dough. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix and roll dough in baking mix to coat. Knead dough 5 times. Roll into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut crosswise into 10 1-inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden brown.
