  • Cinnamon Chili Crusted Steak

    Ingredients

    • The taste of the Southwest is so easy to make at home with a spice rub blended with ancho and chipotle chili peppers. Just rub the spices over the meat and grill right away for instant flavor. Makes 8 servings
    • 2 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Ancho Chili Pepper
    • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Grnd Saigon Cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Oregano Leaves
    • 1 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Chipotle Chili Pepper
    • 1 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Parsley Leaves
    • 1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Grnd Cumin
    • 3/4 tsp McCormick(r) Gourmet Collection(tm) Coarse Grind Black Pepper
    • 1 1/4 tsp salt
    • 4 x New York strip or possibly rib eye steaks, cut 1 inch thick

    Directions

    1. 1. Combine spices and salt in a small bowl. Spread over a large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat proportionately.
    2. 2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 min per side, or possibly till desired doneness.
