Cincinnati Goulash

The recipe comes to me from my mother who received it from her sister. Serve with potatoes or pasta. It will go well with rice as well. Ingredients
- Large Onion 1
- Salt ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper ½ Teaspoon
- Marjoram ½ Teaspoon
- Paprika 1 Tablespoon
- Beef Chuck 1 Lb
- Water 1 Cup
- Catsup ½ Cup
Directions
- Cut beef chuck into small cubes
- Slice onion and cross cut slices (4 long, 1 across).
- Brown onions in pot for about 7 minutes.
- Add Salt and Pepper
- Add remaining ingredients (Beef, Paprika, Water, Catsup)
- Stir
- Simmer for 3 to 4 hours
- Serve with potatoes, noodles, or rice.
