Cilantro Rice
Serve with Caribbean Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Mango Salsa Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tbsp Adobo seasoning
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Bring the water and Adobo seasoning to a boil; stir the butter and rice into the water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Stir the lime juice, butter and cilantro into the cooked rice and serve.
