Cider Baked Pork Chops

- 4 bone in Pork Chops
- 2 stalks Celery, diced
- 1 cup Pure Apple Cider divided use
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Stock (low sodium)
- one teaspoon onion powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 425 f
- Place Pork Chops in a non stick baking dish, add vegetable stock and 3/4 cup apple cider, cover and cook 30 minutes
- On the stove top in a small saucepan add celery and 1/4 cup cider, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper, stir to mix on medium heat cook 6 minutes (until celery is softened)
- Plate Pork Chops and top with celery and cider sauce-Yum!
