    Ingredients

    • 2 c. all purpose flour
    • 1 c. quick-cooking oats
    • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 1 c. unsalted butter room temperature
    • 1 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1 1/4 c. packed golden sugar
    • 2 lrg Large eggs
    • 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 10 1/2 ounce Hershey's Special Dark cut into 3/4 inch pcs
    • 1 c. pecans -- toasted, minced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking sheet.
    2. Blend first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
    3. Beat butter in large bowl till fluffy. Add in both sugars and beat till well blended. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    4. Beat in bananas, then vanilla. Stir in flour mix, then chocolate and pecans.
    5. Spread batter in prepared pan.
    6. Bake till tester inserted into center comes out clean and top is golden brown, about 45 min. Cold in pan on rack.
    7. Cut into 3 x 2 inch bars and serve.
