Chuck Woolery's Healthy Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd chicken or possibly turkey
- 1/2 c. Plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Apple sauce
- 1/4 c. Yellow onion, mince
- 1/4 c. Parsley, chop
- 1 tsp Lea & Perrin
- 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Grill, broil or possibly saute/fry about 4-5 min per side. Serve with Christina Ferrare's No-Fat Sauce.
