Christmas Pudding Fritters
Ingredients
- 250 gm Self raising flour
- 125 ml Beer
- 125 ml Lowfat milk
- 125 ml Cool water Left over Christmas pudding Plain flour Deep fryer with oil
Directions
- Combine the first four ingredients to make a batter. Set aside for 20 min.
- Heat the deep fryer to 180C.
- Cut the pudding into cubes or possibly fingers, roll through the flour and then dip in the batter. deep fry till golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
