Choose A Cake Mix Cookies

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl put together cake mix, butter, egg and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate pcs. Drop by rounded tbsp onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly till golden brown. Cool 2 min on cookie sheet. Remove and cool on wire racks. Makes approximately 7 dozen.Peanut Butter Cookies - Same recipe except use chocolate cake (pudding type). Mix and stir in 2 cups of candy coated lowfat milk chocolate peanuts, halved.
2. Carrot Raisin cookies - Same recipe except use carrot spice cake mix (pudding type) and stir in 2 cups of raisins. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
