Chocolate Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 ( 8 oz.) cream cheese, melted
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz.) Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 (8oz.) cool whip
- 1 (3.5 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, almond butter, dry vanilla pudding mix, milk, peppermint extract, yogurt and mini chocolate chips. Fold in cool whip.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Topping: Spread dry instant chocolate pudding filling layer.
- Decorate.
