Chocolate Pudding Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pkt sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix 4 serving
- 2/3 c. dry nonfat powdered lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp rum extract
- 1 pkt individual size graham cracker crusts
- 1/2 c. Cold Whip Lite
- 3 x maraschino cherries cut in half
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry lowfat milk. Add in water, yogurt and rum extract. Mix well with an egg beater or possibly whisk. Distribute proportionately in the 6 piecrusts. Refrigeratein refrigerator for at least l hour. At serving time top with Cold Whip and cherry half.
