Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Microwave popcorn, popped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 10 1/2 ounce Mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. Chocolate ready-to-spread frosting
  • 1/2 c. Salted peanuts
  • 1/3 c. Chocolate ready-to-spread frosting

Directions

  1. Grease 9x13" pan. Remove and throw away unpopped kernels from popcorn. Place margarine in 4-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH, for about 30 seconds, or possibly till melted. Stir in marshmallows and frosting till marshmallows are coated. Microwave, uncoverd, 2-3 min, stirring every min, just till mix is smooth. Mix in peanuts and popcorn till coated. Press mix into pan. Spread with chocolate glaze; cold. Cut into bars.
  2. CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Place ready to spread frosting in small microwavable bowl.
  3. Microwave, on HIGH, about 30 seconds or possibly till just melted.
