Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients
- 8 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 8 ounce Cold Whip thawed powdered sugar nuts finely minced Angel Flake coconut unsweetened cocoa or possibly multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
- Microwave chocolate in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min or possibly till chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir till chocolate is completely melted. Stir in peanut butter till smooth. Cold to room temperature. Stir in topping. Chill 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar, nuts, cocoa or possibly sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
