• Chocolate peanut butter and Coconut eggs

    This recipe not only is delicious to eat but beautiful to look at ,set these in a pretty basket and watch them disappear HAPPY EASTER ..


    • 1/2 cup soft butter
    • 1tsp vanilla
    • 1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
    • 2and 1/2 lbs confectioners sugar
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup flaked coconut
    • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
    • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 tbls veg.oil


    1. In a l mixing bowl combine sugar,butter cream cheese ,and cocoa powder,and add vanilla
    2. Mix well and divide Batter into two individual bowls
    3. Stir peanut butter into one bowl and coconut into the other bowl
    4. using your hands shape and mold dough into egg shapes
    5. place on a cookie sheet till frozen, once the eggs are frozen melt chocolate and oil ,dip the eggs in chocolate till well coated
    6. place the eggs on a wax lined cookie sheet and return to freezer
    7. After they harden remove the eggs from the freezer .They can be refrigerated .So Creamy and Delicious ,and not hard to do at all .
