Ingredients

  • 2 x Bars (7-ounce) lowfat milk chocolate
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325. Line a standard-size 12-c. muffin pan with paper liners. Heat chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir Large eggs and flour into melted chocolate with wire whisk or possibly wooden spoon. Ladle into prepared muffin-pan c.,dividing equally. Bake in 325 oven for about 12 min or possibly till set, but centers are still liquid. Cold cupcakes in pan for 5 - 10 min. Centers will seet into hot mousse. Garnish with chocolate curls, if you like. Peel off the cupcake papers carefully.
