Chocolate Mint Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can Hershey's syrup
- 1 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- 2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Cream together 1 c. sugar and 1 stick butter. Add in 4 Large eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla and beat well. Add in 1 can Hershey's syrup, 1 c. flour and 1/8 tsp. salt. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 min in a jelly roll pan.
- Cream together 2 c. powdered sugar and 1 stick butter. Add in 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring, 2-3 Tbsp. creme de menthe syrup. Mix together and spread on cooled brownies.
- Heat 12 ounce. chocolate chips and 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil and spread over mint mix.
