Chocolate Malt
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate malted milk powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup chocolate malted milk powder
- 1 Tbsp. 2% milk
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling. Beat cream cheese, flour, chocolate malted milk powder and vanilla extract together. Spread over crust.
- Topping: Mix butter, chocolate malted milk powder, milk, and cool whip together. Spread over filling layer.
- Decorate.
