Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Melted reduced cal margarine
  • 1/2 c. Light whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. Light cream cheese, soft
  • 1/4 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 1 pkt Reduced cal pudding (4 serv)
  • 1 c. Skim or possibly 1% lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine flour and margarine in a 9" pie plate, spreading flour mix proportionately over bottom of plate. Bake 15- 20 min, till golden brown. Remove from oven.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. of the whipped topping, the cream cheese, and sugar; stir till smooth. Spread on top of the crust.
  3. In another medium bowl, whisk together the pudding, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. of water till smooth. Spoon on top of the cream cheese mix.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping on top of pudding mix. Refrig- erate till ready to serve.
  5. VARIATION: Try another flavor of pudding.
