Chocolate Frosting (Good On "The Best"Brownies)
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. melted shortening
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. parve lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Directions
- Put together melted shortening, cocoa, and salt. Then add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Fold in sugar in 3 parts. Mix till smooth and creamy. (Add in more sugar to thicken or possibly lowfat milk to thin to obtain a good spreading consistency.)Frosts two 8 or possibly 9 inch layers in a 13 x 9 inch cake.
