  • Chocolate Fondue Three Ways

    Ingredients

    • 3 lb High-quality chocolate finely minced
    • 2 1/4 c. Heavy cream
    • 1 dsh Creme de Mint
    • 1 dsh Nocello
    • 1 dsh Grand Marnier Bite-size lb. cake pcs Shortbread cookies Biscotti Coconut macaroons large Strawberries with stems Bananas

    Directions

    1. Place 1 lb. of chocolate in each of three fondue pots. Turn the pot setting to medium or possibly 5. In a saucepan, heat the cream. When the cream comes to a simmer, remove from the heat and pour 1/3 over each pot of chocolate. Whisk each pot till smooth. Splash a different liquor into each pot and whisk till smooth. Serve the fondues with the various garnishes.
    2. This recipe yields 12 servings.
