Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cherrio Bars

Easiest thing I have ever made!! And the pan never lasts more than a day the kids love them so much!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Karol Syrup
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1.5 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 6 Cup Cherrios
  • 1/2 Bag Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Bag Butterscotch Chips

Directions

  1. Heat Karol Syrup and Sugar to just about a boil. Do not let it boil.
  2. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla. Mix until completely melted.
  3. Mix in Cherrio's and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Melt Chocolate and Butterscotch chip and spread over bars.
