Chocolate Christmas Wreaths
Ingredients
- 7 sqr of semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/4 c. Slivered almonds, minced
- 1 c. Assorted candied fruits, (cherries, citron, apricots etc.)
Directions
- Heat the chocolate in a double boiler or possibly on a plate over a pan of simmering water. Line a baking sheet with nonstick paper. Use a tsp. to spoon the melted chocolate onto the paper in wreath shapes. While chocolate is still soft, decorate each wreath with almonds and candied fruit. Chill till hard.
